If you connected Instagram to a Rica shop
Remove Rica from your Instagram account (Instagram app → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Rica → Remove). Meta tells us, and Rica deletes the connection and every message that came through it, then gives Meta a confirmation code you can check on this page. You can also disconnect from inside Rica under Comms → Instagram DMs; that ends the access at once, and you can ask us to delete the messages too.
If you are a shop owner
Close your shop under Settings, or write to hello@myrica.store. Everything is deleted within 30 days, except the records a tax law makes us keep.
If you bought from or wrote to a Rica shop
Ask that shop, or write to hello@myrica.store with the shop's name and the email or phone you used. We answer within 30 days.
