# Rica

> Rica (https://myrica.store) is a one-link storefront for small businesses and creators: sell products, bookings, event tickets, subscriptions and digital downloads from one page, with one inbox for website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, an assistant that answers from the shop's own facts, text reminders, and free email to bring customers back. Rica takes 0% of sales on its paid plans; payments go to the shop's own Stripe account and Rica never holds the money.

- Plans: Free ($0, the buyer pays 2.5% + 30¢ on paid orders), Rica ($39 a month, or $29 a month billed yearly at $348, 0% of sales), Pro ($89 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly at $948, 0% of sales).
- Email to the shop's list is free on every plan. Texts are notifications only (booking confirmations and reminders, order updates, check-in codes) and the one metered thing: 2.5¢ to Canada and the US; Rica includes 100 a month, Pro 500.
- Conversations happen in one inbox: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and the website chat. Rica has no phone-number or calling feature.
- Instagram comment-to-DM automations ("comment LINK, get the link", follow to unlock) come with Pro.
- A referral code gives a business 20% off its first month on Rica or Pro; the referrer earns 20% of its plan payments for a year.
- Rica AI is coming (not yet available): an assistant inside the admin, in every plan including Free, with no add-on. Tell it what you sell, or give it a photo, a menu PDF or a spreadsheet, and it sets up products, services, subscriptions and events; it also sets up Instagram and Facebook comment-to-DM, keyword-DM and follow-to-unlock campaigns (automations are Pro). The owner checks every change before it goes live and can undo it. Credits: Free 100 at signup then 10 a month, Rica 300 a month, Pro 1,000 a month; simple requests and templates are free; top-ups $10 for 400, $30 for 1,200, $100 for 5,000, never expiring. It does not run paid ads, post to Instagram for you or design the website.

- **Where does the money go?** To your own Stripe account, which you connect in two minutes. Stripe pays you on its schedule. Rica takes 0% on paid plans; on Free your buyer pays 2.5% + 30¢.
- **What are texts for, and what do they cost?** Texts are notifications: booking confirmations and reminders, order updates, check-in codes. 2.5¢ per 160 characters to Canada and the US, with 100 a month included on Rica and 500 on Pro. Email never costs anything.
- **What does "free email" mean?** Campaigns and the welcome email to your list, at no charge, to 500 contacts on Free and 20,000 on Pro. Every email carries one-click unsubscribe.
- **Where do conversations happen?** In one inbox: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and the chat on your page. Replies go back the way they came. No credits.
- **What is Rica AI, and what does it cost?** Coming soon, in every plan, Free included, with no add-on.
